STUDENT EMPN
Choose one of the guaranty agencies below to start the process and complete the required information. Your original signature is required to process the EMPN. The signature is supplied to the agency by using your four digit federal PIN number, supplied by the Department of Education. Please have your Department of Education PIN number handy to electronically sign your EMPN. If you do not have your PIN number you will need to request one from the Department of Education PIN website.

PARENT PLUS EMPN
If the parent will be applying for the parent PLUS loan a EMPN must also be signed by the parent and the student. The parent will need to obtain a federal PIN number from the Department of Education to sign the PLUS EMPN. The parent can apply for a federal PIN number by visiting the Department of Education PIN website. Once the parent and the student PIN numbers have been obtained choose one of the guaranty agencies(the agency you chose is strictly personal preference) below to complete the PLUS EMPN.
